| Thanks for all of the off line replies. My daughter and I went
to Rachel's last night, she had a wonderful supply of candy molds etc,
and Rachel was very helpful and reasonable.
We'll be making our first attempt at chocolate roses tonight, any
pointers???

Yeah, how about looking at the note devoted to chocolate
candy roses - 2618? That has a pointer to the CHOCOLATE
conference as well.
