    I am looking for information on how to make tomatoe puree.

    	It's as simple as .1 said.  In case you're not familiar with the
    	tricks for peeling tomato(e)s, simply plunge them into boiling 
    	water for 30-60 seconds, then remove them and plunge them into
    	cold water, the skins will peel off easily.  When you make the 
    	puree, you can remove the seeds by running the mixture through 
    	a food mill - not to be confused with a food processor.
