Does anyone have a recipe for Vegi Pizza.

I am talking about the cold type, I think it starts with a cream cheese
base with the vegi's added to the top.

    Help!!

| Sounds like a Mexican Dip I make. Ingredients:

    Cream Cheese
    Mild Picante Sauce
    Layer of Chopped Onion
    Layer of Chopped Green Pepper
    Layer of Chopped Tomatoe
Top with Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

This is delicious - I serve with Ranch Style Dorito Chips

| We also love the Mexican dip. Here's a slightly different one. Spread a package of cream cheese over the bottom of a glass pie plate. Then layer on your favorite salsa. Last sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Now microwave for a couple minutes (timing depends on your microwave), just long enough to melt the cheese. We use tortilla chips to scoop up this wonder warm dip. Try it....you'll love it! Lori | |||||

| Vegi Pizza

I make a large vegi pizza that covers a cookie sheet, you can cut this
down if you like and I will give approx amounts of vegi's. The vegi's
can be any combination of tomatoes, red onion or scallions, broccoli,
red and green peppers and any other vegatable you want. I use about
3 tomatoes, a large red onion or a bunch of scallions, a small bunch
of broccoli (flourets only) 1 red pepper and 2 green peppers. Chop
all fine and marinate in small bottle of salad dressing (such as
Italian or Ceasar) this should marinate at least 2 hours. Meanwhile
spread 2 packages of crescent rolls over the cookie sheet and bake
until brown (about 10 min.) let cool and spread with 2 packages of
softened cream cheese. Drain vegi's and spead over top. I will be
taking this to the office for a Christmas lunch and will carry the
vegi's separately and spread just before serving, so it will not become
    soggy.

Hope this is the one you are looking for. Happy Holidays, Jane

| Addition to my last note, please drain the vegi's after marinating.
    Very important...
