    Since it's getting "colder" here in Florida I feel like doing some
    baking.
    
    I used to make a dish called "faggots" and have forgotten the name for
    the "netting" used to wrap the meat in for baking.
    
    This "netting" is a fatty substance (probably not good for your heart
    -- but then neither are the rest of the ingrediants) that resembles a
    hairnet only the holes are filled in with a fine tissue.  I believe
    this "netting" is the case/sac that holds the intestines in place. 
    Anyone know a name for this?  There's no real good meat markets around
    here for me to ask.
