    Does anyone know where to find Aborio or Abrorio rice in the 
    greater Boston area?  It's used in all recipes for Italian risotto.  
    So far, I've used only regular rice in these recipes which still 
    tastes good but doesn't have the same texture.  I don't know what
    this rice even looks like!  Thanks in advance for any help.

	Try Idylwilde Farms in W Acton, MA. Hey Mr Mod, how about putting something in the notesfile title to the effect that you can buy just about any ingredient at Idylwilde?

	Via Lago, in Lexington, carries it. Presumably the Arlington outlet carries it as well. Both are on Mass. Ave.

	In the greater Boston Area, almost any grocery store in the North end would have it, or any yuppie market in the burbs!

	I've gotten Arborio rice at Purity Supreme, even. I've also seen it sold in bulk at Saverno's in Cambridge. --Sharon
