    Ahhh....I bought a chinese cook-book that tells you how to make
    the noodle and the dumplin and how to use the steamer baskets and

|  | There's an unbelievable recipe for dumplings in 
"Mrs. Chiang's Szechuan Cookbook". These are the dumplings stuffed with 
pork and cabbage that you boil. Great thing to do if you're having people 
over and they don't mind sitting around the table folding approximately 
the amount they will eat.
