| | Do you keep them in water in the fridge? I've had them last for at
least a week by just plopping them in a container of water (like a
    vase).

| | They also stay better in Tupperware than just sitting on the shelf of the
fridge.

AND if you clean them, trim them, spin they very dry in a salad spinner...
and store in a freezer zip lock bag with all the air pushed out, they last
very well too. I prepare all veggies this way the minute I get home from
the market so I don't end up with limp carrots and scallions, etc.

| | Mine keep for a week or more in the crisper with lettuce and celery. I keep the
setting for that crisper set to high humidity. After about a week, the outside
leaves of some of the scallions go limp on occasion. I just peel those away
and use the rest.

If it is fresh celery wrap it with paper towels and,
second layer with saranwrap. Will keep it fresh for
a month if celery is real fresh.Works for me.
