| | _The Vegetarin Epicure_, Volume 2 by Anna Thomas has several recipes
for tapas. I can enter a couple.

This is a great topic, but unfortunately, no one will be able to find
it doing a DIR/TITLE=TAPA. Could you please change the title of your
basenote to include the word "tapa"

"Tapas" has been added to the topic title. --your moderator
RE: .0
Ideally, the wine should be a quality Fino Sherry, chilled. Walnuts and green
and black olives spring to mind immediately as excellent and unfussy
accompaniments.

| | A glass of "Fino" and a "pincho de tortilla"...
    There's nothing better!

(tortilla is a chick potato omelet, served everywhere in Spain,
pincho is a wedge of tortilla)

Let's not forget a good serving of "jamon serrano" either!
    (cured ham)
