  I have looked through all the Chinese "keyword notes and cannot find
a recipe for Crispy Beef.  Does anyone have this recipe?

	Not too long ago, there was a recipe posted for Chinese crispy orange-flavored beef. The crispy beef part is the same, regardless of the other flavorings you use. Try doing a DIRECTORY LAST-1, including replies. --PSW

	I think it was the same recipe but their is a note for chile beef, which is also known as crispy beef.
