    Does anyone have a recipe or sauce that would be good on Mahi Mahi?
    I just bought a big bag from the Price Club and am thinking of
    different ways to serve it.  I have had it in restaurants mostly
    grilled with lemon and sometimes with macadamia nuts on top.  Any
    suggestions?

	Sautee it in a little bit of olive oil. When it's almost done, add a generous dollop of basil pesto, and sautee a bit longer.
