|  | I made these over the weekend, and they went over well.  Though I expected
the balls to come out firmer than they did.  I had figured they'd be 
consumable with fingers, but they really required a fork to eat.
Have others had the same experience?

|  |     I made these 2 weekends ago.  They were a big hit.  The consistancy of
    the unbaked mixture was too sticky to use a meatballer thingy, but
    once baked, they were fine.  I added to the dish by adding melted
    cheddar cheese sauce and tomatoe sauce for dipping.

|  | Mine came out really buttery.  Is it really 3/4 cup of butter, as in 1 1/2
sticks?
(They tasted good, but I wonder if the quantity of butter is what made
them so fragile)
