lookin' for some good ideas for halibut. the price has gone down.. i
think its in season. this would be good grilled, great texture but
will it marinate well?
any ideas are greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Marinade for halibut, swordfish, yellowfin tuna, albacore tuna, shark: 2 cloves garlic, mashed 2 TBS olive oil 1/3 cup dry white wine juice from 1/2 lemon salt & pepper parsley \ rosemary \ basil > choose two or three; use equal amounts (maybe a teaspoon of each) marjoram / dill / Marinate for two hours or so before grilling. this very same marinade is also good with 1/2 grated onion, especially
with the swordfish. If the fish is placed in a wire fish basket
you can grill the more flakey types of fish as well....
