Hi,

	I need to know how to make batter for vegetable fritters. I assume that
	it's different to pancake batter.

	I have a recipe for apple fritters that my mother used to use. It has nutmeg in it which I don't know that you would use for vegetables. Here it is - she didn't leave any directions unfortunately, just ingredients. 1 C sifted flour 2 T sugar 1 1/2 baking powder 1/4 t salt 1 egg 1/2 C. milk dash nutmeg 2 apples
