| | I tried this technique and it works great! If you like this stuff,
give it a try. It took only 3 days to prepare.

Note 181.2 How to make Creamed/Spun Honey? 2 of 4

                           -< Making creamed honey >-
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Very simple process ...

    	- Get a hold of some creamed honey (Know as 'set' honey in the UK)
    	- Add it at the ratio of 1:10 to liquid honey
    	- Gently blend the seed creamed honey into the liquid base to get a
uniform distribution. This will speed the process and produce a
    	  more 'even' end result.
    	- Store at around 45-50 degrees f
    	- The seed crystals will produce a creamed honey of the same
texture and crystal size in the jar of liquid honey

For variety try mixing in some cinnamon or finely ground dried fruit
for a flavored spread. You may also want to try using a floral source
honey such as orange blossom for some other flavor combinations. The
finished product should set up in a few weeks.
