      Is there anyone out ther who has a recipe for lollipops?  I have
    lookes everywhere for a resipe that I had a long time ago but no
    luck so far.  I do remeber that it is made with karo syrup.

|     BASIC HARD CANDY RECIPE

    2 CUPS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
    2 CUPS SUGAR
    3/4 CUPS WATER
    OIL FLAVORS(OPT.)
    COLOR (OPT.)
    IN A SAUCEPAN,BLEND SUGAR,CORN SYRUP AND WATER.
    BRING TO BOIL OVER HIGH HEAT,UNTIL MIXTURE REACHES 290
    REMOVE PAN FROM HEAT.
    ALLOW TO STAND UNTIL BUBBLES HAVESIMERED DOWN.
    ADDFLAVORING AND COLOR,AS DESIRED.
    
    
    
    TIPS:
    TOO MUCH STIRRING WILL CAUSE SYRUP TO SOLIDIFY INTO A HARD BALL.
    
    ALWAY SPRAY  MOLDS WITH PAM.
    
    WORK FAST
    
    KEEP MIXTURE WARM OVER HOT WATER. IF MIXTURE BECOMES TOO CLD AND THICK
    IT
    MAY BE WARMED FOR A FEW SECONDS IN A MICOWAVE.
    
    STORE-IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS OR SEAL IN INDIVIDUALLY PLASTIC BAGS.
    
    ALSO YOU CAN MAKE FILLED LOLLIPOPS
