		PORK TENDERLOIN WITH SMOKED CHILI SAUCE


		2 Pork tenderloins
		3 or 4 Chipotle (smoked jalapeno chilies)
		Juice of 3 large oranges
		Juice of 3 fresh limes
		3 Tbls. wine vinegar
		3 Cloves garlic, chopped
		2 Tsp. oregano
		Salt and fresh black pepper



		Trim off excess fat and slice tenderloin
		into 1/2 thick slices.

		Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender.

		Puree to a smooth paste.

		Marinate the pork in the mixture 4 to 6 hrs.

		Preheat a grill or broiler to high heat.

		Cook the pork for 2 minutes per side or
		until done to your taste.
