Dessert Tacos These were served on President Bush's inaugeration day. It was described on TV then. This from memory. It should pretty close to the original. Pizzelle's from note ?? formed like taco shells Crushed up dates for the meat (I guess raisins and/or nuts could go in there, too) Thinly sliced kiwi fruit for the lettuce Cut up strawberries for the tomatoes Thinly sliced peaches for the cheese. Rasberry sauce for the salsa Whipped cream for the sour cream Sprinkle with chocolate chips for hot peppers Your guests can assemble them as they like.
