    Wienerschnitzel
    
    Tenderize Veal Cutlets with heavy mallet, side of a heavy knife,or even
    the edge of a heavy plate.  Sprinkle the cutlets lightly with salt and
    pepper, stack them on top of each other, and let rest for 1 hour. Then
    flour them well on both sides.  Melt butter in large frying pan and fry
    on both sides 'till golden brown (on med heat).  When done, arrange 
    them on warmed platter, add about 1/2c broth to the pan, and keep stir-
    ring untill it comes to a boil.  To this give 1/2c sour cream. Heat,
    BUT DO NOT LET IT COME TO BOILING POINT.  Pour over the warm schnitzel.
    Sereve with a lemon wedge
    
    Just plain steamed potatoes, and cucumber salad are all that is served
    with this.
