	Although I suspect reply .1 was meant partially in jest, your best bet
might be a local slaughter house.  Of course this only works if you want an
entire animal as opposed to a particular cut.  There are other entries in this
conference about slaughterhouses in the N.E. area and suggestions as to where
to get the live animals.  If you go to a butcher shop or even the meat dept of
a large supermarket and are willing to purchase the entire carcass I'm sure
they can get a goat for you.
