| We use Pickapeppa Sauce on grilled fish. It is a hot pepper sauce
from Jamaica that comes in a small bottle - sounds similar. We
have a flat basket to put the fish in, and sprinkle it with a little
garlic butter and the sauce and grill - yum! Goes especially well
with rum and pineapple juice and some Bob Marley in the background!
