    I recently had Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with Monterey Jack cheese
    then deep fried in a bread crumb type mixture.  They were great,
    so consequently, I'm looking for a recipe. I had these at Tony
    Roma's in Houston Texas.

Sounds almost like an hors d'ouvre (why don't we change the spelling of that 
word to "orderve"?) version of chilis rellenos?  Perhaps that recipe with a
