                  ***PEACH BUTTER CRUNCH***
    
    Peach Gelatin
    	2 cups of mashed cling peaches
    	1/2 tsp salt
    	1/4 cup peach syrup
    	1/4 cup sugar
    	2 tsp plain, unflavored gelatin
    	1/2 cup whipping cream
     
    
    	Heat peaches, sugar, and salt; then add the gelatin softenedd
    in syrup. Stir to dissolve gelatin. Cool until slightly thickened.
    Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into bowl and chill until firm.
    
    
    Buttercrunch
    	3 tbs butter
    	1 tbs flour
    	2 cups corn flakes
    	1/2 cup brown sugar
    	2 tbs water
    
    
    	Melt butter, add brown sugar, flour, blend together. Add water,
    stir until brown sugar dissolves. Cook mixture to softball stage;
    remove from heat, pour over corn flakes and mix thoroughly. Spread
    in a shallow pan and allow to cool....and try not to munch on them
    too much, save some for the peaches!!!!

|     Don't think I've ever tasted anything with peaches that was any
    better!
    
    And the crunchies were splendid.  As I didn't have corn flakes,
    I used the cereal with raisins and sliced almonds, which worked
    very well too.

|     This reccipe sounds yummy, but I have a question - do you just sprinkle
    the buttercrunch on top of the peach mixture the in the bowl?  Then
    to serve, do you just scoop it out of the bowl?  I showed it to
    a friend of mine and she thinks that you break up the buttercrunch
    into pieces and use the peaches as a kind of dip.  We could probably
    figure it out if we just went ahead and made it,but not much time
    for experiementing over Thanksgiving!  Thanks,
