My wife was watching the FRugal Gourmet and wants to make Linguin
with sauted OLIVES. But, She did not write the instructions down and is
going to try to do ot from memory.
PLEASE, can any one provide the recipe so we can do it properly
and avoid dissapointment and/or indigestion?

Pasta with Olives
Large green olives, pitted and chopped
Olive Oil
Garlic
Cream or half and half
Grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan
Freshly ground pepper
Pit and chop the olives...cover them with olive oil and allow to
marinate for 2 days...unrefrigerated....Saute with garlic and oil
Add cream...toss with hot pasta along with the cheese and pepper
Thats it....if you recall, he was given this recipe by a Chicago
cabbie and didnt have any proportions....
