| 505.1 | Love that German/Austrian food | PRANCR::TIMPSON | Black Holes are for dividing by zero | Mon Feb 02 1987 09:27 | 9 |
|  |     How about a Sourbraten(sp) with Spatlize(german noodle) for a main
    coarse with Rot kraut (red cabbage salad which is excellent).
    If you need the recipies for the Spatlize and Rot Kraut I can help
    you there I will look into the Sourbraten recipe from my EX who
    is German.

| 505.3 | Buy the Spaetzle | JELLO::MCDONOUGH |  | Wed Feb 04 1987 11:22 | 7 |
| | You can buy Maggi Spaetzle in Stop & Shops. They are exactly like
    the real thing. I lived in Germany for three years and can't
    tell any difference. Chicken or veal in a paprika cream sauce
    is another possibility. Also, Rouladen, which is a rolled stuffed
    beef.
