Does anyone out there have a recipe for a whole-wheat pizza crust?
I make my own pizza dough, and would like to be able to come up
with a good recipe using whole wheat flour. My previous attempts
have resulted in doughs which were too dry and flakey.

| Use half whole wheat flour and half bread flour or unbleached flour,
and make sure that the whole wheat flour is finely ground. You
might want to add a little extra olive oil to your dough, too.
I do not usuallly make part whole wheat pizza crust, though, since
my husband likes the unbleached flour kind. Good luck!

Thanks. I tried it yesterday, it came out pretty good. I added
a tablespoon of molasses (most whole wheat bread recipes I've seen
use molasses). All in all, the crust had a good consistency and
     was pretty tastey.

| Add two or three tablespoons of olive oil to the dough...it helps
    the consistancy.

    happy eating!
