70.0. "Meetinghouse Bouillon" by FDCV02::BJAQUES () Thu Jan 31 1985 23:24
		Meeting House Bouillon
	After years of trying I found this recipe. It has been served for
	years at coffee hours at the First Parish church in Concord MA.
	It makes a great drink on cold winter days.
	Ingredient list :
		1 quart GOOD tomato juice
		1/3 cup sugar ( or to taste )
		1 small stick cinnamon bark
		15 whole cloves
		1 quart beef bouillon made from either 4 beef bouillon
			cubes dissolved in 4 cups hot water or 1 can
			condensed beef broth plus 1 can water.
	Directions	:
		Bring to boil. The steep over low heat for at least an hour
	or more. Strain out spices , or better wrap spices in cheese
	cloth and then remove.
		Serve hot ( in coffee cups usually ) with crackers.
		makes around 10 servings.
