|  | As best I know, the Office '97 file formats cannot be read on a Mac (unless 
saved in an earlier format). I may be wrong.
Note: TL/Mac V2.6 can handle RTF files (but will require a not-yet-released 
ECO to run with Mac OS 7.6).
Check with Microsoft to see what's available to read these files on the Mac. 
If they have any thoughts, or if you discover a solution elsewhere, please 
update this note.

What is AOL sending? It may be that the file contents are OK but that 
TeamLinks can't read the message AOL is sending. TL doesn't do MIME - for 
that, the mail has to go through a PMDF (I think) gateway.
Can the customer successfully receive any other type of file (e.g., 
WordPerfect, earler version of Word, etc.) into TeamLinks Mail/Mac when sent 
using the same mechanism from the same AOL account?
