I (in agreement with Chambers and Webster's dictionaries) don't think

of linear measurement used in India. It varied from 36 to 14 feet!
Needless to say, it's obsolete.

Hebrew has a word, "cov-ved" that means honor (in the sense of being
honored). It is also used to represent a wide range--roughly 1 to 87
attaboys.
