    Now that we are in the Bush years, everyone should understand
    what G.H.W.B is trying to say.
    
    One of the Bush-isms that I've heard him use in the
    past several days is "in the mode" as in "I'm not
    in speech-making mode" (note: Bush has not actually
    said anything as silly as that.  Yet.)
