What's the past tense of the verb 'to reboot'. After I have done
a reboot, do I say that I've rebooted my system (that sounds really
weird)? Or maybe 'rebot'? Any other suggestions for something
    that sounds a little better?

    (Maybe Rebok?)

    some options:

    cold-started the system
    reset the system
    rebutted the system
    ?

| How about "I performed a reboot of the system"?

But seriously, since "boot" is actually short for "bootstrap",
one would think that the past tense would be "booted" to go
    along with "bootstrapped".
