new clocks that show the time remaining to the tenth of a second.  Last night 
the announcer said,

|  | TV news summary of provision in pending Massachusets legislation:
	- Convicted murderers will not be released until 
	  victims have been notified
Well, OK, maybe you can expand the definition of "victims" to include friends 
and relatives.  But I find the statement rather humorous as it stands.
