This announcement if from the speaker herself, because she asked
me to also enter a similar write-up. It has been in the STAR
(the monthly bulletin) in association with the whole study group
which has been meeting on Sunday evenings to discuss the history
of the Arab/Israeli conflict/situation. The first was the panel
discussion hosted by Gene Burns, then we have had two weeks of Rabbi
Mintz sharing a historical perspective of pre and post '67
respectively. This is week #4 of 5/ next week is a talk from some
folks who are trying to get Jews/Palestinians to talk to each other
(someone Belmont?).
The whole program has been very exciting/disturbing...
