    Shalom to you All,
    
    this is an unusual request: I'm collecting matchboxes from
    all over the world (prefered from the US and Israel) ...
    I want to take the opportunity to ask if there's somebody
    out in Bagel's land who's the same hobby or maybe there's
    someone who can help me to get some more matchboxes for
    my collection (I'm collecting matchboxes from hotels and
    resturants etc...). I would be more than glad to get a
    possitiv answer...if there's somebody out there who'll
    help please send me a mail (FRAIS3::DKELLER)...of course
    I'll pay the mail costs.

	Are matchbooks OK. I'd pick them up as I go to places and send them to you. However, I haven't seen matchboxes given out in a long time(since I don't smoke it may be that I just don't pay enough attention to what's available).

	I used to collect matchbooks, and could send you a big pile of them (if I can find them); however, I suspect that sending them through the mail (especially internationally) would be a problem. I know that movers didn't want to handle them because of the flammability... Beverly

	My wife has a whole bunch that she says I can give you, but as the reply in .4 indicates it seems to be a problem to send through the mails. My local Post Office says I'll get a knock on the door if I try it. I'll check about using DEC internal mail but I think the same will apply. Did you send the transliteration of the greeting to your friend yet?
