 	** ROOMMATE FOR TWO-BEDROOM CONDOMINIUM - Milford MA **


  I'm looking for a  professional woman roommate starting July, 88.  


  The Town: North Milford - This is 8 minutes from the 495 exit of the 
		         Mass Pike.  I am 4 minutes from 495. 
		         Milford is a pretty, well-kept town of 25K. 

  The Place: Two Bedroom Condominium. Top floor. A spacious place - 1040 square 
	     feet (nice).
	     The place is two years old and in mint condition. There's an eat-in
	     modern kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bath, balcony overlooking
	     trees and a stream (Huckleberry brook (yes, it's true)).   It was
	     really a pleasure to find this place. Oh yes, wall to wall carpeting
	     except in the ktch and bath.  

  Extras:    The complex has an indoor pool, lit tennis courts, a sauna and is quiet.
	     It's a great place for running too. 


  Me:  I'm a computer engineer at Digital. I am 27. I have a lot of interests 
       outside of work including music, sports, the arts, Boston, etc. I am liberal.
       I am a semi-practicing Jew and care a lot about my background.
    

  You: I don't want to live with anyone who watches TV incessantly or smokes. 
       I would prefer someone who has been out of school for at least a few 
       years and is an independent thinker.   Mid 20's to early 30's would 
       be preferable. 
  
  Asking :$400/month  (includes utilities except for phone).
