contacting this person?  I don't know the candidate personally, but can 
give you my friend's name if you are interested in talking with him.

	Joyce,

	While I was on vacation last week, I met this fellow
	who moved to Israel, and got IBM to agree to transfer
	him. What they didnt tell him was that while he was
	permanent in the US, in Israel, he is temporary, and	
	will shortly expire as an employee. I really feel for the
	guy, ... so I told him Id try to send this to someone who might
	be able to help.
