What is the typical timing between inspections and signing the P&S? If
this is specific to geography the "potential" site is in Massachusetts.

We are in middle of selling our house in Groton Ma. Timetable we had was: Put on market 5 weeks ago buyers signed a conditional P&S 3 weeks ago Inspection was 10 days ago bank inspection 7 days ago Final P&S signed last Monday. Closing is in 3 weeks. Quick for some folks, but we were aggressive on price and buyers were pre-approved. As in other things in life, YMMV | |||||
