Has anyone heard anything about Rosewood Development/Construction? I
am considering having Rosewood build a home. Also, does anyone have
any rough estimates about very rough costs to build a home exclusive
of land and septic costs? I'm looking for a range per square foot.
By the way, the home would be built west of Boston along Rt 495 -- just
in case there are considerations depending on region.
