Ceara - I have never heard of, maybe you mean Ciara (pronounced
key-a-ra) but I don't know what that means

I have a daughter called Sin�ad. From a book of Irish names, I learned
that Sin�ad is the Gaelic for Janet. Sin� is the Gaelic for Jane.

Mary, Sorcha is indeed the Irish for Sarah.
The pronounciation is Sur-a-ka, at least around my neck of the woods.

| Ermm, Fiona is actually a Scottish name. It means "fair-one". I know 'cos
my wife is called Fiona.
