I just caught the end of an announcement on FNX for the Pogues at
Great Woods. Does anyone know the date and if there is someone else
on the bill. I figure they're opening for someone because I haven't seen
them advertised.

Topping the bill is The Violent Femmes, Pogues, Mojo Nixon & Skid
Roper (?). Date...July 17.
Very disappointing, The Violent Femmes haven't done anything
since their first album.......let's hope someone has the sense
to put them on in one of the clubs/concert halls....where they
belong.......topping the bill.
New album...."love & peace".....due out here on 17 July also.
