526.0. "Credit where credit is due." by MARCIE::KSULLIVAN () Fri Mar 10 1989 08:02
For those of you with an eye for potentially invaluable collectors
items, this weeks Irish Voice is a must. For there, in living black
and white, is a picture of our own beloved Right Honourable
Patrick L. Culbert. You may not at first recognoise him, as he
has his serious face on. I must add though, that he is well on his
way to achieving the first of the miracles required for Sainthood.
A major accomplishment, with huge congradulations due.

When this man (such an inadequate word in this instance) is D.C.
bound, you'll be able to show your grandchildren the picture and
tell them that you knew this man when he was a humble s.o.b.

We also promise that there will be no cameras next Friday, and
not a word, even under threat of torture (or bribery) will ever be
repeated, we would never towerise (new word in the english language)???
    you.

                  Yours in admiration,

                           M.

| | Murphy, you're loosing it. No more Tequila for you, you're going
soft. This type of complementary hogwash is unacceptable and is
most unbecoming. Snap out of it.

                           Kevin.

| | And when the next step (for Sainthood) is achieved, hopefully some
time next month, I shall buy all of ye a round of my favorite
frosty libation, a "Bloody Brit"! :^)

Let's keep that Celtic Thunder rolling: now is not the time to be
    sitting on one's laurels.

    Nice work Paddy.

Is there ANYTHING we can do to HELP?!

| | Yes, edit out paragraphs such as your first.....the loss of life
is not amusing.....and is not complimentary to anyones' Irishness.

                        Life is Precious,

                             Kevin.
