Kinda reminds me of the Kerryman who went into the Post Office
to mail a letter.

| You're a terrible man Kevin. It was not sent inter-office mail as
seemingly in France we have to send it through the normal post system.
It's the French Post Office. Don't worry I am sure it will get there
before Christmas.

| I hope anybody who asKed previously for a proclamation of 1916 got
one. I lost the names of people in England, Germany, France and
maybe another country in Europe.
Could the gentlemen in question please contact me. I remember some
person in England offered to distribute them for me there. Please
let me know as soon as possible so that I can send them to you all.
I am sorry for the delay and mess ups but mail me and you will have
one before Christmas.
