Dear all,

we are currently in the post proposal phase for an important customer.

Our proposal:

- we have offered TeMIP V3.1 (EL and AH)
- we have offered DSC NLF (Network Layer Functions) applications
- we have offered the development of AM's for the following equipment:
		- SDH Bosch Multiplexer via Q3p
		- SDH Bosch Multiplexer via Q3
		- 1/0 Tellabs PDH-DXC via QD2 or LMT
		- 1/0 Lucent PDH-DXC via TL1
		- SDH Microwave (no manufacturer/interface info)
		- Voice compression (no manufacturer/interface info)

Our problem:

- we are new to DSC applications
- we have received the Customisation Manual EA Mapper for NDB
  An NDB EA Mapper is used to map the NDB information model and the 
  information model that exists for the actual network element
- we need to get an understanding of the EA Mapper building in terms of:
	- effort to develop
	- definition of requirements for our subcos which currently prepare
	  more detailed technical proposals to build these AM's
	- anaylsis report of this Manual

I spent also some time with Steve Jones during my last visit in Sophia. In the meantime I tried to find another source on the market and I have had success: A partner will analyse the Manual and prepare the requirements for AM development and an analysis report.
