A user has XLSCAN as an Excel add-in for virus searching. When he opens Excel, it gets as far as trying to open XLSCAN, then Excel gives a page fault error and closes. I thought his copy of XLSCAN might be corrupted so I replaced it, but still got the same result. I reinstalled Office, same result. Has anyone see this and found a solution? Thanks, Kathy Norton Desktop team, OGO

| No, but I get an "Excel caused an invalid page fault in module
MS097.DLL at 0137:306c34b9" error when I do some work on
sheet, then try and view it in Print Preview, then lose
everything. This occurs in Office 97.
