I want to manually STOP and START the Steam service. I have no problem starting
and stopping the Steam service via Control Panel/Services. However, when I try
using "NET START Steam" and "NET STOP Steam", only the "NET STOP" works. The
"NET START" reports:
The Steam service could not be stated.
The service did not report an error.
Can this service be started via "NET START" If so, how? If not, why not?
