	When I powered up HSZ40-C, then got the following MIST err messages.
	Please advise me of the meaning of this error and how to interpret
	the MIST error.

My guess is that it is a bad battery on the HSZ module (the JSRAM battery).

I have to leave work now so I don't have time to check it out carefully.

Check the LED's on the front panel and look up the code they display.  It
should confirm/deny any assumptions I have made here.

    refer to the service guide, you should see that same code displayed in
    the hsz's port lites.  
    
    a 30 indicates a bad nvram battery on the controller module, replace
    the controller module, this is the small battery, not the batteries
    on the cache module,  do not attempt to replace the battery on the
    controller module, replace the controller module.
