A local customer is having problems with their HSZ40's and a low
battery problem. This has resulted in them loosing data. How does
this happen in a dual controller config and what is the solution. I
seem to remember other people having this problem in the past. What
    was the fix.

    Regards,

| With version of 2.7 and below, any bad battery conditions while running
with raid 5 sets or mirror sets will result in loss of access to those
units. Hsz40 controllers will not failover units if bad battery is
    detected.
