    Dears,
    My customer purchased BA362, BA364 StorageWorks(Disk type is RZ29B-VW).
    
    We think BA36X may be set "power save" function. 
    Because If we don't access those, they fall sleep(?) status, If we
    access(i.e mount etc) then they take 20~30 seconds to operate.
    So customer claim why these device is slow !!
    
    We think BA362, BA364 has a power-save features maybe, if then, we must
    disable this power-save function.     
    but we don't  know how we control that function. 
    
    Maybe dip switch ? How ? where?
    
    Pls Let me know any idea.
