| It sounds to me like the customer and MCS would have noticed the LOW
or BAD Battery condition before the update ever took place.

| I have the same problem as metioned.
My question is when you install the new version 3.0-2 PCcard can you
set failover copy=other_controller when the other controller is ver
2.7?

| I think you will find the upgraded controller will not complete its
boot phase if it finds its pal is not of the same type or version of
code.
