Hi,
I'm preparing a DECevent for the field and would appreciate comments in 
regards to the following questions.

1. In regards to KNL update kit.
- The file name is DIAKNL01_VMSVAX_023.A, the installation manual page 4-1
  makes no mention of this being VAX only, is this the case ? 
- If it's only for VAX's is there a _024 kit ?
- Is the KNL file for Unix and VMSAXP part of the base DECevent kits ?
- How do we get the latest KNL kits after we install V024, will it be 
released as a patch ?

2. Is there any training videos or slides available ?
3. Is the DECevent training video EY-U613E-VH obsolete ?, Is there a new
   one ?

4. Do we still have to signup customers, or we don't bother anymore ? If we 
don't register them, I guess we will not notify them of updated versions, is 
this correct ?

5. Who supports DECevent, like who is the technology manager. Where can we 
get support other then this notes conference and the web page ?
