    Hi,
    
    	Oracle Brazil is saying that there is an incompatibility problem between
    Oracle 7.2.3 and Trucluster Production Server (TCR + OPS).
    
    	Is it true ?
    
    	The customer has FORMS 3.0 and Oracle says that it not works with 
    SQL*NET V2.0. FORMS3.0, according Oracle local support, can use just  
    SQL*NET V1.0.
    
    	If they change their Oracle version from 7.2.3 to 7.3 they will
    be forced to upgrade (migrate) their FORMS applications from v3.0 to
    v4.5 in order to support SQL*NET V2.0.
    
    	They really don't want to do this right now.
    
    	So the only way to have everything work with FORMS 3.0 and SQL*NET
    V1.0 is to use Oracle 7.2.3.
    
    	Again, does Oracle 7.2.3 works with Trucluster Production
    Server + OPS over Digital Unix 4.0a ?

    OPS (Oracle Parallel Server) is actually an Oracle functionality. A
    just checked my set of CD's and Oracle 7.3.2.1.0 i the first official
    release including the "Parallel Server Option". Unfortunately for your
    customers environment SQL*Net V1 is not provided with any 7.3 release
    anymore.
